The Impact of Total Quality Management and Reward System on Managerial Performance

This study aimed to determine how the overall quality management and reward system of PT INTI (Persero) Bandung affects productivity its managers. Quantitative research methods were used. The sample for this consisted 43 managers from Bandung, including 20 division heads 23 members company's expert group. included all population as method is based on census. data analysis includes normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, hypothesis testing through multiple linear regression analysis, partial test, simultaneous coefficient determination. findings show that implementation increases managerial efficiency. These results indicate successful integrated at Bandung. Meanwhile, managers' performance significantly influenced by system. finding indicates incentive program well received employees, which bodes effectiveness top-level management.
